Available in three configurations, the product line is engineered to protect the people who install and maintain the system, while also safeguarding the roof structure itself.

The Solar Walkway system is built with high-performance steel plates featuring a zinc-aluminum-magnesium (ZAM) coating. ZAM coated steel stands up to tough weather better than regular galvanized steel—it resists rust more effectively, can self-heal minor scratches, and handles wear and tear with greater durability.

The rooftop walkway system seamlessly with either U rails and standard end clamps, or with C-rails paired with plastic wing-nut clamps. Together, they form a solid, ready-to-use structure that’s both strong and easy to assemble. This setup reliably carries weight while also cutting down on long-term maintenance and operational risks.

Option 1:This complete walkway system includes a ZAM walkway kit, carbon steel C rails, end clamps with diamond lock nuts, and self-tapping screws for secure, corrosion-resistant assembly.

Option 2: ZAM walkway kit with a U rail system, secured by end clamps and installed using self-tapping screws for a streamlined profile.

This walkway system is engineered to protect the roof surface. Compared with the previous step-pavement system,our solar walkway support feet are designed with the roof in mind, built-in with flexible cushion pads that spread weight evenly. This prevents foot traffic from denting panels, wearing through coatings, or creating leaks—helping the roof last longer. The Solar Walkway also provides clear, ready-to-use paths that simplify inspections, cleaning, and repairs, lowering long-term costs and risks.

It works seamlessly for solar installation and upkeep on new or retrofitted industrial and commercial buildings — including warehouses, big stores, and other facilities with tin roof. The solar walkway system also offers a practical solution for roofs that require periodic equipment inspection or servicing, delivering a systematic safety access solution for diverse application needs.
