Photovoltaic Tile Roof Mounting Kit is a complete photovoltaic mounting system, supplied by Xiamen Egret Solar New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd to securely and stably install solar panels on ceramic tile (clay tile) roofs. This structural system uses roof hook, aluminum rail, and rapid clamp design. It mounts onto roof purlins by adjustable stainless steel roof hooks, then carries the PV panels on aluminum alloy rails, At last,using mid &end clamp to firmly secure them.The entire system boasts a simple structure and streamlined components, which offers both ease of installation and structural stability.

Component

Egret Solar’s 2x PV mounting system set,designed for two solar panels installation on roof ,includes the following components.

1.Four piece aluminum solar rails 40x40mm. Made of high-strength AL6005-T5 aluminum alloy with an anodized surface,with surface oxide film thickness 10 µm, it provides excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight properties. The rails are secured to hooks via nut,to support the photovoltaic modules. The unique cross-sectional design allows the nuts to engage from any position on the top or top of the rails.which makes installation flexible and convenient.

2. Six piece adjustable roof hooks.Made of SUS304 stainless steel,they offer high strength and corrosion resistance. The hooks are fixed to roof beams by self-tapping screws. The adjustable hooks support both horizontal and vertical adjustment, to flexibly adapt to different tile types and roof unevenness.

3. 2 pcs rail connectors. The rail connectors are widely used to connect two rails.It can extend the aluminum rail’s length. Accept customization .

4. 4 pcs rapid end clamps. Installed at the outer edge of photovoltaic module,it’s suitable for 30-40 mm thickness framed photovoltaic modules.

5.2 pcs rapid mid clamps. Mounted between two photovoltaic modules,the compact design effectively transfers loads and maintains uniform module spacing.

6.2 pcs grounding lugs.It’s used for electrical grounding connections of the solar mounting system.It ensures the lightning protection grounding safety of the entire photovoltaic system.

7. four pcs end caps

Installed at both ends of the rail, these end caps provide dustproof, waterproof, and protective functions.They prevent foreign objects from entering the rail.Thus extend the system's lifespan.
