When used in conjunction with dedicated rail connectors, mid clamps, end clamps, and L feet, it can quickly build a full-link support system from roof clamp fixation to component locking.The connectors join rails end-to-end, keeping everything aligned and stable across long runs. Mid clamps and end clamps lock panels in place firmly, with plenty of resistance to wind uplift and pull-out forces. The L-feet tie the whole system to the roof—whether you're working with clamps, purlins, or concrete footings, they adapt without fuss. Installation Process

Based on the component layout drawing, accurately determine the installation positions of the hooks on the roof, ensuring that the spacing of the hooks matches the span of the rail support. Lift the corresponding roof tiles, hook the hooks onto the purlins, adjust them to be level, and then lock and fix them with self-tapping screws. Subsequently, lay the Rail for Solar Mounting Bracket longitudinally above the hooks, adjust it to the designed spacing, and use special bolts to connect and lock the rail and the hooks. When the rail length is insufficient, use special connecting pieces to extend it, insert the connecting piece into the end of the rail and tighten the screws to ensure a smooth transition and continuous load-bearing at the joint. After the rail system is laid, start installing the photovoltaic components from the edge, place the end clamp and the mid clamp in sequence, initially lock and position them, then uniformly adjust the component arrangement to make the overall appearance neat and the gaps uniform. Finally, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all bolt connection points to confirm that the torque is up to standard and there is no loosening.
