The main beams and columns of Waterproof PV carport is constructed of H-shaped structural steel, offering excellent structural performance and capable of withstanding winds of 60 m/s and snow forces of 1.5 kn/m².Due to the use of H-shaped profiles, a span can reach 5~6m, which can park two cars without worrying about collisions when opening the doors.

Material

The hot-dip galvanizing of the profiles provides excellent corrosion resistance for the solar carport structures. The purlins are made of S350+ZAM275, creating a fluid coating that allows for self-healing of rusted areas.Greatly extends the use time of the waterproof carport.

Waterproof method

Two types of waterproof carport are available. The more aesthetically pleasing options are AL6005-T5 or S350 profiles. Water flows from both sides of the profiles into a sump, where it is then discharged through drainpipes into the gutter. A relatively economical and cost-effective waterproofing method for solar powered carport is to cover the tops of the purlins with color-coated steel tiles, then create a roof structure. Rainwater flows through the troughs of the tiles and collects in a sump.

Uses and benefits

The daily electricity generated by the carport is supplied to the charging station, which in turn charges the car. Charging under this solar panel carport residential eliminates the worry of rain eroding the car's paint, heavy snow covering the car, or the impact of inclement weather. Excess electricity can be used for shopping malls or homes, and any excess can be stored or sold to the government through the grid.

Production line

Egret Solar boasts a complete, semi-automated production line equipped with laser cutting machines, stamping machines, coiling equipment, and ovens. This equipment enables the cutting, welding, and other processes of profiles. Before hot-dip galvanizing, profiles undergo a slag removal process to ensure better adhesion of the coating.
