Egret Solar Factory Holiday Closure Reminder

With the Chinese New Year holiday approaching, we would like to share with you Egret Solar's holiday schedule so that you can plan your project orders in advance. We apologize if it causes any trouble and thank you for your continued trust and understanding!

To allow our factory colleagues to enjoy their annual leave and spend quality time with their families, our factory's production will be temporarily suspended starting February 14th. For customers who require their orders before the Chinese New Year holiday, we kindly remind you to place your orders as soon as possible so that our workers can ship them before the holiday. Our sales and logistics teams will remain on duty until the official start of the Chinese New Year holiday to ensure that all pre-holiday orders are processed, produced, and delivered on time.

Also, I wanted to let you know that our sales team will be on vacation from Feb 14th to Feb 23rd, and will officially return to work on Feb 24th. However, please don’t worry about it, as our customer service will remain available during the holiday, and we will be able to respond to your inquiries and process orders as usual. If you have been waiting for the reply for too long, we sincerely apologize that there is a high possibility get delayed.

Production and shipping will resume their normal schedule after our factory colleagues return from their holidays. This won't take too long. Customers whose orders are not urgently needed can contact us as usual, and orders placed during the holiday period will be prioritized for production and shipping after we resume work.

A significant increase in order volume is expected after the holiday, and order fulfillment may be slower than usual. To avoid your project disruptions and lengthy queues, we strongly recommend finalizing urgent orders before the factory shutdown.
