Here is a list of items you need to prepare before installation:
Screwdriver: Used to firmly tighten screws.
Measuring tape: Used to ensure the bracket is in the correct position.
Level: Used to confirm the bracket is installed horizontally.
Pre-assembled Tripod Support、Rail And Rail Splice、Mid Clamp And End Clamp、Rail Clamp、Grounding Clip And Grounding Lug、Ballast Tray、M8*60 Hex Bolts and M8 Flange Nut. It should be noted that you need to provide the cement blocks yourself.

Unfold the pre-assembled bracket and install M8*60 hex bolts and M8 flange nuts at points A, B, and C marked in the diagram below to secure the tripod bracket.
As per the drawings, the pre-assembled tripod supports in the Solar Flat Roof Mounting System are arranged at 2500 mm intervals.
Place the ballast tray in the pre-assembled tripod support in turn, and the spacing between the two ballast tray is approximately 1275mm, as shown in the figure.
Place the concrete block on the ballast tray. It should be noted that one pre-assembled tripod support needs to be supported by four concrete blocks, and each concrete block must weigh at least 60 kg. The dimensions and placement of the cement blocks in the Concrete Flat Roof Ballast Solar Mounting System are shown in the following figure.
The following is a top view of the pre-assembled tripod support, ballast tray, and concrete block after the above installation steps have been completed.
Connect the rails using the rail splice and fix the rail clamps to the pre-assembled tripod bracket, as shown in the figure.
Place the solar panel on the rail and insert the grounding clip into the bolt of the mid clamp, as shown in the figure.
Place the solar panels in sequence, and then install the mid clamp and end clamp to secure them,as shown in the figure. This completes the installation of the entire East-West Solar Ballasted Mounting System.
