Successful Completion of European Double-Sided Solar Carport Project

The customer chose our classic double-sided carport design for this project. Compared with single-sided carports, the double-row structure optimizes parking layout, saves overall installation space, and greatly improves solar panel coverage and power generation output. It perfectly meets local European standards for wind load, snow load and building safety, making it ideal for business parking lots and public green energy projects.

Different from conventional aluminum carports, this project adopted a full hot-dip galvanized steel structure. The entire main frame, columns, beams, and connection parts are processed by professional hot-dip galvanizing technology, providing excellent durability, higher structural stiffness and ultra-high load-bearing capacity. The steel structure effectively resists rust, oxidation and harsh outdoor climate erosion, achieving a service life of more than 25 years in complex outdoor environments.

Before we send out the products, all hot-dip galvanized steel parts go through many rounds of strict factory checks. These checks make sure they meet European building standards. Our quality team checks everything. They look at the welds. They see if the coating is smooth. They test if the parts can hold weight. They check the surface too. Any bad part is taken out and thrown away. So every post, beam, and connector in the double-sided solar carport is strong. It does not rust. It has no problems. They are ready to be put together on site.

After all checks are done, all good parts and extras are sorted by type. Then they are packed on standard export pallets. Because the parts travel far by sea and go through many steps, we use steel pallets and wrap them with protective film. We take many photos and videos of the whole process: making, checking, packing, and boxing. This gives you a full set of records. You can use these for your own review, project files, and local checks.
