Installation Instructions

1. Find a flat surface or rooftop. Take out the Solar Bracket HDPE Ballast Mounting Bracket and arrange it at regular intervals.

2. Next, take out two Mini Rails and secure them to the bottom of the bracket using four M6*25mm self-tapping screws. Repeat the above steps to secure the rail at the top of the bracket.

3. Place bricks, pebbles, or other filler materials inside the bracket, ensuring a weight of at least 70kg.

4. Adjust the bracket's placement according to the length of the solar panel.

5. Place the End Clamp on the Mini Rails, but do not secure it yet.

6. Place the solar panel on the bracket (the solar panel dimensions shown in the diagram are 1708*1134*30mm).

7.  After confirming the solar panel's position, tighten the End Clamp bolts to secure it to the solar panel.

8. This completes the installation of the entire HDPE Plastic Solar Ballast Roof Mounting System.
