Solar Adjustable Ground Screw, also known as Helical Ground Screw with Adjustable Flange,are a new type of irregular pile foundation,designed by Egret Solar.It consists of three main parts.They are tube body, helical blades, and connecting adjustable flanges respectively .While the helical blades are welded and wound around its surface.After welding, the entire structure undergoes hot-dip galvanizing to prevent corrosion.They are particularly suitable for installation on uneven terrain, such as mountainous areas.And it can also be used to adjust for installation errors. The design of the helical blades allows them to form a tight interlock with the surrounding soil, after being screwed into the ground. Utilizing the lateral friction between the Adjustable Ground Screw Pile and the soil, as well as the interlocking force between the blades and the soil, they resist pull-out forces and withstand vertical and horizontal loads, thus ensuring the long-term stability of the foundation.They are widely used in solar power station foundation, solar farm fence pile foundations, agricultural greenhouses, and temporary facility foundations.

Production Process

The main raw material of Ground Screw Anchor With Set Screws is Q235 welded pipe.

2.Deformation on Tail-sharpening & pipe forming .

3.Welding on blades & flange .The main function of flange is to connect the solar ground mounting system .

4.Hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection.The Hot-dip galvanizing time and the thickness of zinc coating ,will decide its service life .
