1. The walkway is dipped in hot zinc. This gives it a smooth, strong coat. It can handle rain, acid rain, and sun damage. Even after many years on open roofs, it does not rust or peel. This means you spend less money on fixing or changing it.
2. The solar ZAM anti-skid walkway has many small holes on its surface. The holes are all the same size and spread out evenly. They make the surface rough and give a good grip. So when it rains, snows, or gets dusty, people will not slip. This keeps workers safe when they check things up high. The holes also let rain fall through quickly. No water stays on the surface.

Each rooftop solar ZAM walkway set is shipped with connectors, rails for fixing to purlins, end clamps, and other necessary accessories. It can be installed directly upon arrival, shortening the roof construction period and allowing for simultaneous construction of new and old photovoltaic power station renovations and new projects.
1.Plan the main passageway and walkway routes according to the PV layout and maintenance access requirements; verify the roof purlins and bracket support points to ensure even and stable stress distribution.
2.Clean the roof of dust, debris, and water accumulation to ensure a flat and clean installation surface; simultaneously check the installation level to ensure smooth installation.
3.Secure the U-type rail (or other mounting rail) to the roof beams using self-tapping screws. Note that the type of self-tapping screws used for steel beams and wooden beams are different.
4.According to the PV layout, place the anti-slide solar ZAM walkway flat on the rail. There are pre-drilled holes on both sides of the walkway for installing connectors. Tighten the bolts on the connectors with a tool to complete the connection between the two walkways.
5.After adjusting the walkway placed in front, use the end clamps to secure the walkway in place. Finally, please check for any loose parts. You can stand on them and walk on them to test them, and pay attention to any abnormal sounds or shaking.


First, we apply a protective film to each zinc-aluminum-magnesium solar walkway to prevent friction and scratches. Then, we wrap the entire pallet with another layer of film to ensure safe transport. Connectors, bolts, end clamps, and other mounting accessories are boxed separately and labeled to avoid confusion. Before shipment, each pallet is labeled with its dimensions, quantity, and batch number.
