Applications

Solar Aluminum standing seam roof clamp are primarily used in metal roof installation systems. It offers flexible installation options and securely attaches to the standing seam of the metal roof without drilling or penetration, thus ensuring the roof's waterproofing and structural integrity.The following demonstrates two flexible installation methods:

Option 1: As shown in the diagram, this roof clamp can be used with rails, L feet, mid clamps, and end clamps to form a complete metal roof mounting system.

Option 2: Thanks to the horizontal elongated hole structure in its top design, this clamp can also be used with other rails that require bottom mounting, such as 40*40mm rails. By combining the rapid mid clamp, rapid end clamp, and rail connectors, a complete solar roof mounting system can be assembled.

Installation Instructions

Compared to other clamps that go through the roof, this clamp is easy and fast to install. It also does not hurt the roof. This makes solar installation safer.

1) Place the solar non penetrating roof clamp on the standing seam.

2) Tighten the screws or bolts. Keep tightening until the clamp is locked tight in the joint.

3) Fix the rail to the roof clamp. Use bolts and nuts. You can also add L-feet. This makes the solar panel sit higher above the roof.

4) Place the solar panel onto the rail. Secure it with panel clamp. Then you can complete the entire installation of the solar clamp for metal roof mounting system
