Solar Metal Roof Mounting Frame

Egret Solar Metal Roof Mounting Frame is suitable for roofing with trapezoidal sheet metal. L Feet is available for foot option, making installation more fast, competitive and reliable.Solar stainless steel L foot is one kind of universal solar mounting components for metal roofing. There is two holes on L feet. One hole on the bottom is used to insert the wood screws to fasten on the metal roof.While the another hole on the arm of L feet is to equip with bolts and nuts,which tighten the rails and construct the whole system.Egret Solar Metal Roof Mounting Frame can be protected from leakage damage,via adding EPDM rubber on the bottom of L feet.

Step 1.Mount L feet on metal roof with self-tapping screws

Step 2.Rail Installation. If needed ,connect multiple rails via rail splices.

Step 3.Place the PV panel on the rail .Slip the end clamp and mid clamp to stick on solar panels tightly

Step 4.Put the grounding clips under mid clamp .Then the ground lugs connect the rails to the ground by the copper wire .

Egret Solar don't have a request on MOQ for our current products, 1pc for sample checking is available. But for ODM and OEM products, we have a request on MOQ.

Q4 : How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For sample package, we mainly ship by DHL or FedEx. It will take 3-5 days to arrive. While shipping by sea for big orders,will take 7~30 days to arrive, depends on distance.
